Chapter: The Owner is more Rightful to his Property as Long as he is Living ÙÙÙØ¯Ù بÙÙ٠زÙÙÙØ§Ø¯Ù عÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙØ³ÙÙ٠بÙÙÙ Ù ÙØ§Ø¹Ùة٠عÙÙ٠ابÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØ¨Ù٠عÙÙ ÙÙØ§Ø±Ù Ø§ÙØ³ÙÙØ§Ø¨ÙاطÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØ¨ÙÙ Ø¹ÙØ¨Ùد٠اÙÙÙÙ (عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ³ÙÙÙØ§Ù ÙÙÙÙØªÙ Ø£ÙØÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ Ù ÙÙÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ±ÙÙÙØÙ ÙÙØ¨ÙÙÙ٠بÙÙÙ ÙÙØ§ÙÙ ÙÙØ¹ÙÙ Ù ÙÙØ¥ÙÙ٠أÙÙÙØµÙ٠بÙÙÙ ÙÙØ¥ÙÙÙ ØªÙØ¹ÙدÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙÙØ³Ù ÙÙÙ٠إÙÙØ§ Ø§ÙØ«ÙÙÙÙØ«Ù.
