Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn âIsa from Yunus from ibn Muskan who has narrated the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that âAmir al-Muâminin issued a judgment about al- Mudabbar (slave to be set free with the death of the owner) as being part of one-third of the legacy and that a testator has the right to reduce or increase in his will as long as he is alive.ââ ØµØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (23/23))
