1.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Ali ibn al-Nuâman from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has narrated the following: âAbout the case of a man who makes a will about more than one-third of his legacy, or setting free a slave during his illness, abu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âIf it is more than one-third it is returned to one-third and setting free of slave is permissible/â ØØ³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (23/28))
