Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Ali ibn al-Hakam from al-âAlaâ ibn Razin from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has narrated the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that al-Mudabbar is from one-third of the legacy.â He (the Imam) said, âOne can change his will about one-third of his legacy regardless of whether one is ill or in good health.ââ ØµØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (3/37))
