Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from âAbd Allah ibn Sinan who has narrated the following: âAbout the case of a man who dies with debts on him and a guarantor takes responsibility to pay the creditors, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âIf the creditors agree, the deceased becomes free from responsibility.ââ ØµØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (3/41))
