1.A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad and Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn âIsa from Safwan ibn Yahya from Musa ibn Bakr from Zurarah who has narrated the following: âAbu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âWhen a boy becomes ten years old it then is permissible for him to use his assets, like freeing, charity and making a will within the limits of law.ââ Ø´ÙÙØ± - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (3/46))
