20.Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad ibn Samaâah, from more than one person from Aban from abu Maryam who has narrated the foffowing: âAbu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âIf one gives a charity it is permissible, regardless of whether the recipient takes possession or not, knows about it or does not know about it.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (3/55))
