26.Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from al-âAsemiy from Ali ibn al-Hassan from Ali ibn Asbat from Muhammad ibn Humran from Zurarah who has narrated the following: âAbout the case of a man who gives in charity what is owned in partnership, abu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âIt is permissible.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (3/58))
