Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu â Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has narrated the following: âI once asked abu â Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who confirms his owing a certain amount of debt to one of his heirs. He (the Imam) said, âIt is permissible if immediate payment is not required.ââ ØØ³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (3/70))
