25- ÙÙعÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠رÙجÙÙ٠أÙÙÙصÙ٠بÙÙÙصÙاÙÙا ÙÙÙÙرÙابÙاتÙÙÙ ÙÙØ£ÙدÙرÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙارÙØ«Ù ÙÙÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙÙصÙÙÙ٠أÙÙÙ ÙÙعÙزÙÙ٠أÙرÙضا٠بÙÙÙدÙر٠٠ÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙصÙاÙÙاÙ٠إÙØ°Ùا ÙÙسÙ٠٠اÙÙÙÙرÙØ«ÙØ©Ù ÙÙÙا ÙÙدÙØ®ÙÙÙ ÙÙØ°ÙÙ٠اÙأرÙض٠ÙÙÙ ÙÙسÙÙ Ù ÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙصÙÙÙع٠ÙÙÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙعÙÙ Ù ÙÙØ°Ùا ÙÙÙÙبÙغÙÙ. 25.
It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith who has narrated the following: âA man has made a will which requires giving a certain amount to his relative. The heir becomes mature and tells the executor of the will to separate from the land an area that can meet the required amount by the will and that portion must not be included in what the heirs distribute among themselves.
