It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith who has narrated the following: âA man has made a will which requires giving a certain amount to his relative. The heir becomes mature and tells the executor of the will to separate from the land an area that can meet the required amount by the will and that portion must not be included in what the heirs distribute among themselves.
How must the executor of the will do?â He (the Imam) said, âYes, that (suggestion of the heirs) is proper.ââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (23/103))
