Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn âIsa from Saâd ibn âIsmaâil from his father who has narrated the following: âI once asked al-Ridaâ (a.s.), about the executor of the will under whose supervision the orphans become adults and the executor of the will hands over their assets to them but they refuse to accept. What must he do?
He (the Imam) said, âThey are made to accept their assets.â جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (23/108))
