Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn âIsa from Yunus from a man who has narrated the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âWhen relations overlay each other then the earliest is more deserving of legacy of his relative, and if they are equal then each one takes the place of one who is close to him.ââ Ø±Ø³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (23/119))
