Al-Kāfi - The Book of Inheritance Chapter: Women do not Inherit Anything from Real Property َيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ ٠ِّهِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ سَ٠ُثَنًّى عَنْ عَبْدِ الْ٠َلِكِ بْنِ أَعْيَنَ عَنْ أَحَدِهِ٠) قَالَ لَيْسَ لِلنِّسَاءِ ٠ِنَ الدُّورِ وَالْعَقَارِ شَيْ‏ءٌ. 9.

Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad ibn Sama‘ah from his uncle Ja‘far ibn Sama‘ah from Muthanna’ from ‘Abd al-Malik ibn ‘A’yan who has narrated the following: “One of the two Imam, (abu Ja‘far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘Women do not receive anything from houses and real property.’” ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (3/190))
