4.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Aban from a man who has narrated the following: âAbout the case of a man who in good health divorces his wife twice, then divorces for the third time when he is ill, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âShe inherits him as long as he is ill even if his illness lasts for one year.ââ Ø±Ø³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (23/198))
