5.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn âIsa from Yunus from âAsem ibn Hakim from Muhammad ibn Qays who has narrated the following: âAbu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âFrom the wergild the heirs receive according to their ordained shares except brothers and sisters from the motherâs side who do not inherit anything thereof.ââ صØÙØ Ø¹Ù٠اÙظاÙر - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (23/207))
