3.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr and Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn Hadid all from Jamil ibn Darraj who has narrated the following: âOne of the two Imam, (abu Jaâfar or abu âAbd Allah), âAlayhim al-Salam, has said, âA man who kills his son or father cannot inherit from him, but the legacy is for the heirs of the killer.ââ Øس٠ÙاÙصØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (3/208))
