Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from ibn Bukayr from certain persons of our people who has narrated the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âWhen a man dies leaving behind his father who is owned by someone or his mother who is owned by someone and the deceased is free, with his legacy, his father or relative is bought who then is made to inherit the remaining of the legacy.ââ رس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (23/220))
