Al-Kāfi - The Book of Inheritance Chapter: The Free and Slaves do not Inherit each other 1- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ ٠َّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ جَ٠ِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ وَ٠ْرَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ لا يَتَوَارَثُ الْحُرُّ وَالْ٠1.

Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Afi af-Washsha’ from Jamif ibn Darraj and Muhammad ibn Humran who has narrated the foiiowing: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The free and slaves do not inherit each other.’” شهور - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (23/223))
