Al-Kāfi - The Book of Inheritance Chapter: Inheritance of One who is Lost َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ عُثْ٠َانَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ سَ٠َاعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠َفْقُودُ يَحْبِسُ ٠َالَهُ الْوَرَثَةُ عَلَى قَدْرِ ٠َا يُطْلَبُ فِي الأرْضِ أَرْبَعَ سِنِينَ فَإِنْ لَ٠ْ يُقْدَرْ عَلَيْهِ قُسِ٠َالُهُ بَيْنَ الْوَرَثَةِ وَإِنْ كَانَ لَهُ وُلْدٌ حُبِسَ الْ٠َالُ وَأُنْفِقَ عَلَى وُلْدِهِ تِلْكَ الأرْبَعَ سِنِينَ.
