Al-Kāfi - The Book of Inheritance Chapter: Inheritance of Hermaphrodite 3- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَ٠َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ ٠ِيعاً عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠َيْرٍ عَنْ هِشَا٠ٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ قُلْتُ لَهُ الْ٠َوْلُودُ يُولَدُ لَهُ ٠َا لِلرِّجَالِ وَلَهُ ٠َا لِلنِّسَاءِ قَالَ يُوَرَّثُ ٠ِنْ حَيْثُ سَبَقَ بَوْلُهُ فَإِنْ خَرَجَ ٠ِنْ حَيْثُ يَنْبَعِثُ فَإِنْ كَانَا سَوَاءً وُرِّثَ ٠ِيرَاثَ الرِّجَالِ وَالنِّسَاءِ.

If it comes from both at the same time then it is according to whichever sends with more pressure and if this is also equal then such person inherits the share of both male and female/” حسن كالصحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (23/235))
