A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad and Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn Ahmad ibn âAshyam from al- Qasim ibn Muhammad ibn Muhammad al-Jawhariy from Hariz ibn âAbd Allah who has narrated the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that in the time of â Amir al-Muâminin a child was bom with two heads and two chests on one groin. â Amir al-Muâminin was asked about it; if the child receives inheritance for one or for two.
He (the Imam) said, âThe child must be allowed to sleep then called to wake up. If both wake up at the same time the share of inheritance is one share but if one wakes up and the other remains sleeping it then is two shares of inheritance.ââ A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from his father from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad ibn Muhammad al-Jawhariy from Hariz ibn âAbd Allah a similar Hadith.
