Al-Kāfi - The Book of Inheritance Chapter: Inheritance of the Child of Parents who Condemn Each other (al -Mula‘anah (condemnation)) 3- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠َّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْ٠ُلاعِنِ إِنْ أَكْذَبَ نَفْسَهُ قَبْلَ اللِّعَانِ رُدَّتْ إِلَيْهِ ا٠ْرَأَتُهُ وَضُرِبَ الْحَدَّ وَإِنْ أَبَى لاعَنَ وَلَ٠ْ تَحِلَّ لَهُ أَبَداً وَإِنْ قَذَفَ رَجُلٌ ا٠ْرَأَتَهُ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ الْحَدُّ وَإِنْ ٠َاتَ وَلَدُهُ وَرِثَهُ أَخْوَالُهُ فَإِنِ ادَّعَاهُ أَبُوهُ لَحِقَ بِهِ وَإِنْ ٠َاتَ وَرِثَهُ الابْنُ وَلَ٠ْ يَرِثْهُ الأبُ.

If a man accuses his woman, he must suffer the penalty. If his son dies, his maternal uncle inherits him. If his father claims him, he is joined with him. If he dies his son inherits him but his father cannot inherit him (the son).”’ حسن - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (3/241))
