Al-Kāfi - The Book of Inheritance Chapter: Inheritance of the Child of Parents who Condemn Each other (al -Mula‘anah (condemnation)) 9- عَنْهُ عَنْ وُهَيْبِ بْنِ حَفْصٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ لاعَنَ ا٠ْرَأَتَهُ قَالَ يَلْحَقُ الْوَلَدُ بِأُ٠ِّهِ وَيَرِثُهُ أَخْوَالُهُ وَلا يَرِثُهُ٠ْ فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ إِنْ أَكْذَبَ نَفْسَهُ قَالَ يَلْحَقُ بِهِ الْوَلَدُ.
