Al-Kāfi - The Book of Inheritance 2- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠َيْرٍ عَنْ خَلادٍ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ كَانَ عَلِيٌّ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَ٠ُوتُ وَيَتْرُكُ ٠َالا وَلَيْسَ لَهُ أَحَدٌ أَعْطِ الْ٠2.

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Khallad al-Sindiy who has narrated the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin would say, ‘If a man dies without leaving behind any heirs then give his legacy to Hamshahrijah (his fellow countryman) جهول - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (23/256))
