Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn Salim who has narrated the following: “This is about the meaning of the words of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious. ‘... the witnesses must not refuse to testify when they are summoned to testify,’ (2:282) abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is before the presentation of testimony.’” حسن - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (4/220))
