1.A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Aban âUthman from a man from Salih ibn Mitham who has narrated the following: âAbu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âWhoever presents a false testimony against the assets of a Muslim man to cut off his ownership, for such witnessing Allah writes a certificate for him to the fire.ââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (24/225))
