Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Jamil ibn Darraj and Muhammad ibn Humran who has narrated the following: âWe asked abu â Abd Allah (a.s.), if testimony of women is acceptable in penalty cases. He (the Imam) said, âOnly in murder cases it is acceptable.
