Al-Kāfi - The Book of Testimony Chapter: That which is Acceptable of the Testimony of Women and that, which is not Acceptable 6- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْخَزَّازِ عَنْ ٠ٍ قَالَ قَالَ لا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ النِّسَاءِ فِي الْهِلالِ وَلا فِي الطَّلاقِ وَقَالَ سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ النِّسَاءِ تَجُوزُ شَهَادَتُهُنَّ قَالَ فَقَالَ نَعَ٠ْ فِي الْعُذْرَةِ وَالنُّفَسَاءِ.

He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, it is acceptable about virginity and childbirth.’” صحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (4/240))
