He (the Imam) said, âIt is admissible only against the people of their nation, however, if no one can be found to bear witness about the will (of a Muslim), then their testimony is acceptable because invalidating oneâs right is not proper.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (24/253))
