Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn âIsa from Yunus from b Sinan who has narrated the following: âThis is about the case of a man who bears testimony to the testimony of another witness but then the man says that he had not appointed him as witness.
Abu â Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, âThe testimony of the one who is more just is admissible but if such man of justice is one man then his testimony is not acceptable because of fairness for both.ââ صØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (4/255))
