Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from âAbd Allah ibn Sinan who has narrated the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âAny believing person who takes another believing person before a judge or Sultan of injustice who then judges by means of something other than what Allah has sent, he becomes his (judgeâs) partner in the sin.ââ ØµØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (4/272))
