Al-Kāfi - The Book of Adjudication and Rules Chapter: Adjudication Disciplines 3- وَبِهَذَا الإسْنَادِ قَالَ قَالَ أَ٠ِنِينَ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) ٠َنِ ابْتُلِيَ بِالْقَضَاءِ فَلْيُوَاسِ بَيْنَهُ٠ْ فِي الإشَارَةِ وَفِي النَّظَرِ وَفِي الْ٠3.

Through the same chain of narrators as that of the previous Hadith, the following is narrated: “’Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali (a.s.), has said, ‘One who has the task of adjudication must comfort people by means of his gestures, look and seating positions.’” شهور - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (4/277))
