Al-Husayn Muhammad has narrated from Muâallaâ ibn Muhammad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn âAbd Allah from abu Jamilah from âIsmaâil ibn abu Idris from al-Husayn ibn Damrah ibn abu Damrah from his father from his grandfather who has narrated the following: âAmir al-Muâminin Ali (a.s.), has said, âThe judicial laws of Muslims are based on three principles; Just witnesses or decisive oath or a tradition practiced by the Imam of guidance who have passed away.ââ Ø¶Ø¹ÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (24/305))
