5.It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd from al-Qasim ibn Sulayman from Jarrah al- Madaâiniy who has narrated the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âAn oath is not taken by anything other than by Allah.â He (the Imam) said, âIn the case of Jews, Christians and Zoroastrian, you must not make them to take an oath by anything other than by Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious.ââ Ø¬ÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (24/335))
