Ibrahim from Abi Abdillah عÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ³Ùا٠that: two people disputed about an animal in front of the commander of the faithful عÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ³Ùا٠and both were able to produce evidence [witnesses] that they foaled it, so he ruled in favour of the one in whose hands it was [possessed it already], and he said: if it was not in his possession I would have divided it equally between them.
