Miskin from Rifa`a al-Nakhas from Abi Abdillah عÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ³Ùا٠who said: if a man divorces his wife and in her house are possessions which she claims are hers while the man claims are his then for him is what belongs to men [conventionally] and for her are what belongs to women [conventionally] and those which can belong to either of them are divided between the two.
