Hilal from Abi al-Hasan (al-Ridha) عÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ³ÙاÙ. He [Abbas] said: He [the Imam] mentioned that Muslim the client [slave] of Jaâfar bin Muhammad was a Sindhi. Jaâfar عÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ³Ùا٠had said to him: âI hope that you live up to your name [i.e. Muslim â submitter]â. He [Muslim] was taught the whole Qurâan in his sleep and woke up having memorized it. Muhammad b. al-Walid said: He was from the children [i.e. people] of Sindh.
