[1/294] Rijal al-Kashshi: Hamduwayh from Yaâqub b. Yazid from Ibn Abi Umayr from al-Husayn b. Uthman from Dharih who said: I heard Aba Abdillah عÙÙ٠اÙسÙا٠saying: Ali b. al-Husayn عÙÙÙÙ used to say: I dislike it for a man to be given good-health all his life in the Dunya and remain untouched by trials. Then he mentioned that Aba Saiâd al-Khudri was upright [on the true path].
He [Abu Saiâd] fell ill for three whole days so his family bathed him and carried him to his prayer-niche wherein he died. عتبر - Shaykh Asif al-Mohseni (MuÊ¿jam al-AḥÄdÄ«th al-MuÊ¿tabara)
