Al-Khiá¹£Äl - Part 3: On Three-Numbered Characteristics Chapter: Three Characteristics Each of Which Would Cause One to be Under the Shade of the Honorable the Exalted Godâs Throne 3-3 ØØ¯Ø«Ùا أب٠رض٠اÙÙ٠عÙÙ ÙØ§Ù: ØØ¯Ø«Ù٠٠د ب٠عÙÙ Ø¨Ù Ø§ÙØµÙØªØ Ø¹Ù Ø£ØÙ Ø§Ù Ø¨Ù Ø¬Ø¨ÙØ©Ø ع٠أب٠ØÙ اÙÙØ Ø¹Ù Ø£Ø¨Ù Ø¬Ø¹ÙØ± عÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ³ÙØ§Ù ÙØ§Ù: ÙØ§Ù رسÙ٠اÙÙ٠صÙ٠اÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ ÙØ¢ÙÙ: Ø«ÙØ§Ø« خصا٠٠٠ÙÙ ÙÙÙ Ø£Ù ÙØ§ØØ¯Ø© Ù ÙÙÙ ÙØ§Ù Ù٠ظ٠عرش اÙÙ٠عز ÙØ¬Ù [ÙÙÙ ÙØ§ Ø¸Ù Ø¥ÙØ§ ظÙÙ: رج٠أعط٠اÙÙØ§Ø³ Ù ÙØ¤Ø®Ø± Ø§Ø®Ø±Ù ØØªÙ ÙØ¹Ù٠أ٠ذÙÙ ÙÙÙ ÙÙÙ Ø±Ø¶Ù Ø£Ù Ø³Ø®Ø·Ø ÙØ±Ø¬Ù ÙÙ Ø¨Ø¹ÙØ¨ ØØªÙ ÙÙÙ٠ذÙÙ Ø§ÙØ¹Ùب Ù Ù ÙÙØ³Ù ÙØ§ÙÙ ÙØ§ ÙÙÙÙ Ù ÙÙØ§ Ø¹ÙØ¨Ø§ Ø¥ÙØ§ بدا ÙÙ Ø¹ÙØ¨Ø ÙÙÙ٠باÙ٠رء Ø´ØºÙØ§ بÙÙØ³Ù ع٠اÙÙØ§Ø³ 3-3 (The compiler of the book narrated) that his father - may God be pleased with him - narrated that Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Ali ibn al-Salt quoted Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid, on the authority of Ismaâil ibn Mihran, on the authority of Othman ibn Jabalat, on the authority of Abi Hamzih al-Somali, on the authority of Abi Jaâfar al-Baqir (MGB) that Godâs Prophet (MGB) said, âThere are three qualities having each of which would cause one to be under the Shade of the Honorable the Exalted God (on the Resurrection Day) on the day in which there is no shade but Godâs Shade.
The first characteristic is to grant to people what you expect of them. The second characteristic is to only do what pleases God, and not do what would raise Godâs Wrath. The third characteristic is not to express the faults of oneâs Muslim brothers in their absence, unless one first removes such faults from himself. It is better to attend to the improvement of oneâs own faults than to seek out other peopleâs faults.â
