Ùإذا Ùاج ب٠اÙد٠ÙÙÙا Ùا٠أ٠ÙÙارا ÙاÙرأ Ø¢ÙØ© اÙÙرس٠ÙاØتج٠7-84 (The compiler of the book narrated) that his father - may God be pleased with him - narrated that Saâed ibn Abdullah quoted Muhammad ibn Isa ibn Ubayd, on the authority of Zakaria al-Mumin, on the authority of Muhammad ibn Ribah al-Qula, âI saw that Aba Ibrahim Al-Kadhim (MGB) had phlebotomy done on a Friday. I asked, âMay I be your ransom!
Are you having phlebotomy done on a Friday?â He (MGB) replied, âI recite the verse of the Throne (Ayat al-Kursi). You should have phlebotomy done whenever you have high blood pressure and recite the verse of the Throne.ââ
