31-3 According to the same documentation, Ibrahim ibn Abi Mahmood narrated that Ar-Ridhaâ (a.s.) said, âA believer is one who rejoices over doing good deeds, and repents from doing wicked deeds. A Muslim is one from whose tongue and hands the Muslims are secure. Whomsoever whose neighbors are not secure from him, does not belong to our nation.â
