ʿUyūn akhbār al-Riḍā - Content Chapter: Traditions about Ar-Ridha (a.s.) 71 - وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ‏ صَلَّى اللهُعَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: إِذا أَكَلتُ٠ُ الثَرِيدَ فَكُلُوا ٠ِن جَوانِبِهِ فَإِنَّ الذُّروَةَ فِيهَا البَرَكَةُ.

31-71 According to the same documentation, God’s Prophet (S) said, “Whenever you are having porridge eat from the side of the dish as there are blessings in the middle.”
