ʿUyūn akhbār al-Riḍā - Content Chapter: Traditions about Ar-Ridha (a.s.) 97 - وَبِهذَا الإِسنادِ قالَ: قالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُعَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: إِنَّ العَبْدَ لَيَنالُ بِحُسنِ خُلقِه دَرَجَةَ الصّائِ٠31-97 According to the same documentation, God’s Prophet (S) said, “A servant (i.e.

a person) will attain the rank of one who fasts and stays up at night through being good-tempered.”
