Ê¿UyÅ«n akhbÄr al-Riá¸Ä - Content Chapter: On Ar-Ridhaâs Words on the Reasons for Various Things اجÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙØ§ÙÙ: ØÙدÙÙØ«ÙÙØ§Ù ÙÙØ¯Ù بÙÙÙ ÙÙØÙÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ¹ÙØ·ÙÙØ§Ø±Ø عÙ٠أØÙÙ ÙØ¯ بÙÙ٠عÙÙØ³Ù٠عÙÙÙ Ø¬ÙØ¹ÙÙÙØ±Ù بÙÙÙ Ù ÙÙØ¯ Ø§ÙØ£ÙØ´ÙØ¹ÙرÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ Ø£ÙØ¨ÙÙÙ ÙØ§ÙÙ: Ø³ÙØ£ÙÙÙØªÙ Ø§ÙØ±ÙÙØ¶Ùا عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ³ÙÙÙØ§Ù ÙØ عÙÙ ØªÙØ²ÙÙÙÙØ¬ÙاÙÙÙ ÙØ·ÙÙÙÙÙÙØ§ØªÙ Ø«ÙÙØ§Ø«Ø§Ù ÙÙÙÙØ§ÙÙ ÙÙ٠إÙÙÙÙ Ø·ÙÙØ§ÙÙÙÙÙ Ù Ø§ÙØ«ÙÙÙØ§Ø«Ù ÙØ§ ÙÙØÙÙÙÙ ÙÙØºÙÙÙØ±ÙÙÙÙ Ù ÙØ§ ØªÙØ±ÙÙÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ«ÙÙÙØ§Ø«Ù Ø´ÙÙÙØ¦Ø§Ù ÙÙÙÙÙ 32-28 Muhammad ibn Ali Majilawayh - may God be pleased with him - narrated that Muhammad ibn Yahya al-Atâtar quoted on the authority of Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Isa, on the authority of Jaâfar ibn Muhammadal-Ashâari, on the authority of his father that he had asked Abal Hassan Ar-Ridhaâ (a.s.) about marrying women who have been divorced thrice.
Ar-Ridhaâ (a.s.) said, âThe women divorced thrice by you (the Shiites) are not legitimate for others, but the non-Shiiteâs divorced women are legitimate for you. This is because you do not consider their divorcing thrice to be right, but they consider yours to be right.â
