Al-AmÄlÄ« - The First Assembly Chapter: On being mindful - not conceited 12 - ÙاÙ: أخبرÙ٠أب٠اÙÙØ§Ø³Ù Ø¯Ø Ø¹Ù Ø£Ø¨ÙÙØ Ø¹Ù Ø³Ø¹Ø¯ ب٠عبد اÙÙÙØ Ø¹Ù Ø£Ø٠د ب٠عÙسÙØ Ø¹Ù Ø§ÙØسÙ٠ب٠سعÙØ¯Ø Ø¹Ù Ù ÙØ±Ø Ø¹Ù Ø§ÙØارث ب٠بÙرا٠ÙØ¹Ø ÙاÙ: Ùا٠Ù٠أب٠عبد اÙÙ٠جعÙر ب٠٠س اÙÙÙÙ ÙاÙÙرآ٠ÙاÙتÙسÙر ÙدعÙÙØ Ù٠٠جاءÙا Ùبد٠عÙرة Ùد سترÙا اÙÙÙ ÙÙØÙÙ.
ÙÙا٠Ù٠رج٠Ù: جعÙت Ùدا٠أذÙر ØاÙÙ ÙÙØ ÙاÙ: Ø¥Ù Ø´Ø¦ØªØ ÙاÙ: ÙاÙÙ٠إÙÙ ÙÙ ÙØ° دÙØ±Ø Ø£Ø±Ùد أ٠أتØÙ٠٠ا Ø£Ùدر عÙÙÙ. Ùا٠ÙÙ: إ٠تÙ٠صادÙا Ùإ٠اÙÙÙ ÙØبÙØ Ù٠٠اÙاÙتÙا٠عÙ٠إÙا أ٠تخاÙÙ. 12.
He said: Abul Qasim Jaâfar ibn Muhammad reported to me from his father, from Saâd ibn Abdillah, from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Isa, from al-Husayn ibn Saeed, from Muhammad ibn Abu Umair from al-Harith ibn Behram, from Amru ibn Jameeâ that: Abu Abdillah, Jaâfar ibn Muhammad, peace be upon him told me: "Whoever comes to us seeking Fiqh, Qurâan and its exegesis, let him in.
And whoever comes to reveal such secret (fault of the others) which Allah (in His Mercy) has concealed, discard him!" Someone said: "May I be your ransom, may I mention my present situation?" He said: "(Yes), if you so wish." He said: "By Allah, I am persistent upon sin since long time, and I intend to transform myself, but I cannot." He said: "If what you say is true, then Allah loves you, and He does not prevent your transformation except that you may fear him (more by being mindful, and not conceited)."
