Chapter: Illness purifies a person of his sins 1 - ÙاÙ: أخبرÙ٠أب٠بÙر ٠اÙجعاب٠ÙاÙ: ØدثÙا أب٠عبد اÙÙ٠جعÙر ب٠٠د اÙØسÙÙ ÙاÙ: ØدثÙا اÙÙض٠ب٠اÙÙاس٠ÙاÙ: ØدثÙ٠أبÙØ Ø¹Ù Ø¬Ø¯ÙØ Ø¹Ù Ø£Ø¨ÙÙØ Ø¹Ù Ø¬Ø¯Ù Ø¹Ø¨Ø¯ اÙÙ٠ب٠٠د ب٠عÙÙ٠ب٠أب٠طاÙب ÙاÙ: س٠عت عÙ٠ب٠اÙØسÙ٠زÙ٠اÙعابدÙ٠عÙÙÙ٠ا اختÙج عر٠ÙÙا صدع ٠ا ÙعÙ٠اÙÙ٠عÙ٠أÙØ«Ø±Ø ÙÙا٠إذا رأ٠اÙ٠رÙض Ùد برئ ÙاÙ: ÙÙÙÙئ٠اÙØ·Ùر ٠٠اÙØ°ÙÙØ¨Ø ÙاستأÙ٠اÙع٠1.
He said: Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Umar ibn Salim al-Jiâabi reported to me from Abu Abdillah Jaâfar ibn Muhammad al-Hasani, who reported from al-Fadl ibn al-Qasim, who reported from his father, from his grandfather, who reported from his father, that Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Aqil. ibn Abi Talib who said: I heard âAli ibn al-Husayn, Zainul Abedeen (as) say: "A nerve (of a Muâmin) does not twitch, nor does he have a headache except because of his sins.
And that which Allah forgives is much more." And whenever he saw a sick person having recovered, he would say: "May the purification from the sins do you good! Now start (good) deeds all over again."
