Chapter: Illness purifies a person of his sins 1 - ÙØ§Ù: أخبرÙÙ Ø£Ø¨Ù Ø¨ÙØ± Ù Ø§ÙØ¬Ø¹Ø§Ø¨Ù ÙØ§Ù: ØØ¯Ø«Ùا أب٠عبد اÙÙÙ Ø¬Ø¹ÙØ± ب٠٠د Ø§ÙØØ³ÙÙ ÙØ§Ù: ØØ¯Ø«Ùا اÙÙØ¶Ù ب٠اÙÙØ§Ø³Ù ÙØ§Ù: ØØ¯Ø«ÙÙ Ø£Ø¨ÙØ Ø¹Ù Ø¬Ø¯ÙØ ع٠أبÙÙØ ع٠جد٠عبد اÙÙ٠ب٠٠د ب٠عÙÙÙ Ø¨Ù Ø£Ø¨Ù Ø·Ø§ÙØ¨ ÙØ§Ù: س٠عت عÙÙ Ø¨Ù Ø§ÙØØ³Ù٠زÙÙ Ø§ÙØ¹Ø§Ø¨Ø¯Ù٠عÙÙÙ٠ا Ø§Ø®ØªÙØ¬ عر٠ÙÙØ§ صدع ٠ا ÙØ¹Ù٠اÙÙ٠عÙÙ Ø£ÙØ«Ø±Ø ÙÙØ§Ù إذا رأ٠اÙÙ Ø±ÙØ¶ ÙØ¯ برئ ÙØ§Ù: ÙÙÙÙØ¦Ù Ø§ÙØ·Ùر Ù Ù Ø§ÙØ°ÙÙØ¨Ø ÙØ§Ø³ØªØ£ÙÙ Ø§ÙØ¹Ù 1.
He said: Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Umar ibn Salim al-Jiâabi reported to me from Abu Abdillah Jaâfar ibn Muhammad al-Hasani, who reported from al-Fadl ibn al-Qasim, who reported from his father, from his grandfather, who reported from his father, that Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Aqil. ibn Abi Talib who said: I heard âAli ibn al-Husayn, Zainul Abedeen (as) say: "A nerve (of a Muâmin) does not twitch, nor does he have a headache except because of his sins.
And that which Allah forgives is much more." And whenever he saw a sick person having recovered, he would say: "May the purification from the sins do you good! Now start (good) deeds all over again."
