Muhammad ibn al-Hasan ibn Ahmad ibn al-Walid (RA) said: Muhammad ibn al-Hasan alSaffar said on the authority of Muhammad ibn `Isa, on the authority of al-Mashriqi, on the authority of `Abd Allah ibn Qays that Abu al-Hasan al-Rida (AS) said: âNay, both His Hands are spread out.â So I asked him âDoes He have hands like this? And I pointed with my hand to his hand. Consequently, he replied, âNo, for if that were the case, He would have been created.â
