Chapter: Disappearance of the expected Imam 33 - حدثنا علي بن أح٠د، عن عبيد الله بن ٠د بن سنان، عن أبي الجارود قال: س٠عت أبا جعفر يقول: لا يزال ولا تزالون ت٠إلى رجل تقولون: هو هذا إلاّ ذهب حتى يبعث الله ٠ن لا تدرون خلق بعد أ٠(33) Ali bin Ahmad narrated from Obaydillah bin Musa from Muhammad bin Ahmad al-Qalanisi from Muhammad bin Ali from Muhammad bin Sinan from Abul Jarood that Abu Ja’far al-Baqir (as) had said: “Whenever you turn your eyes toward a man and say that it is he (the man of this matter), he goes to the better world until Allah sends one, whom you do not know whether he has been created yet or not.”
