Chapter: The signs preceding the appearance قال: حدثنا جعفر بن ٠د بن أبي نصر، قال: س٠عت الرضا يقول: قبل هذا الأ٠ا البيوح، فحججت فس٠عت أعرابياُ يقول: هذا يو٠ا البيوح، فقال: الشديد الحر.

(44) Muhammad bin Hammam narrated from Ja’far bin Muhammad bin Malik from Mo’awiya bin Hakeem that Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Abu Nasr had said: “I heard Imam ar-Redha (as) saying: “Before this matter (the appearance of al-Mahdi) there will be (bayooh).” I did not know the meaning of (bayooh). When I went to offer the hajj, I heard a nomad saying: “This is a (bayooh) day.” I asked him: “What does (bayooh) mean?” He said: “It means very hot.”
