Thawāb al-Aʿmāl wa ʿiqāb al-Aʿmāl - Rewards Chapter: Reward of offering Prayer in Masjid-e-Kufa َّدُ بْنُ عَلِیِّ بْنِ ٠َاجِیلَوَیْهِ ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی عَ٠َّدُ بْنُ أَبِی الْقَاسِ٠َّدِ بْنِ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَرْقِیِّ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنِ الْ٠ُفَضَّلِ بْنِ عُ٠َرَ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ: صَلَاهٌ فِی ٠َسْجِدِ الْکُوفَهِ تَعْدِلُ أَلْفَ صَلَاهٍ فِی غَیْرِهِ ٠3.

It was narrated to me by Muhammad b. Ali b. Majluwayh (rah) who said it was narrated to me by my uncle Muhammad b. Abi al-Qasim from Ahmad b. Muhammad b. Abi Abdillah al-Barqi from his father from Muhammad b. Sinan from al-Muffadhal b. Umar from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said: “A single prayer of Masjid-e- Kufa is equal to one thousand prayers of other mosques.”
